You can only look up orders online if you have created a user name and password either prior or during the order entry process.

If you have not created a user name/password during or prior then your order was entered as a guest.

1/2 of our customers do not create user names and pw's therefore for security reasons we can not allow any guest order to look up another guest order. And there is no to show you just your guest order, since you have probably not created a user name/pw.

So if you cant find your order online this is the reason.

Only if you did not receive a summarized copy of your order emailed to you might there be a reson to call and ask us to verify the receipt of your order...
